City of Loveland 2023 Hot-In-Place Recycling Program

The City of Thornton's heater repaving project included edge milling followed by heater repaving (recycling the top 1" of existing asphalt and adding a 1.5" overlay of new asphalt.) This $270,000 paving operation was accomplished in a single pass, within a single lane closure. The project was completed in just 7 working days.

This project had unique circumstances and innovative surface treatment. Cutler Repaving was able to provide a high-quality and long-lasting solution that was the "right choice on the right road at the right time." The City of Littleton found a new construction option that allowed them "more bang for the buck," and helps keep "good roads good."

This $1.8M paving operation was accomplished in a single pass, within a single lane closure. The project was completed ahead of schedule in 47 of the 90 contract days.
